TENWI reimagines fashion as a battlefield of self-expression — where silhouettes echo armor, textures reveal scars, and clothing becomes a vessel for identity in flux. Inspired by the shifting landscapes of industrial cities and the raw energy of underground culture, our designs embody both resilience and fragility. Materials are treated as living surfaces: cracked, etched, hybridized, as if mutated by time and resistance. Functionality is central, with garments that adapt and transform, blurring the line between protection and provocation. Beyond trends, TENWI speaks to those who move through chaos with defiance, carrying confidence as their shield and vulnerability as their power.
TENWI isn’t just another label—it’s the disruption high-street fashion needed. Our designs break from the ordinary, fusing bold experimentation with timeless sophistication. Each piece is built to last, rejecting disposability and embracing individuality as a statement. Rooted in Southeast Asian craftsmanship and global cultural energy, TENWI empowers fearless voices to wear confidence like armor. This is not fashion to follow—it’s fashion to confront, provoke, and transform.

Sustainability at TENWI goes beyond surface-level claims — it is woven into every stage of our process. We embrace circular design principles, modular construction, and upcycling methods to ensure garments adapt, transform, and endure. By sourcing long-lasting materials and supporting Southeast Asian artisans, we honor craft while minimizing waste. Each piece is built with intention: to challenge disposability, to regenerate cultural value, and to create fashion that is both socially conscious and future-driven.
TENWI speaks to fearless urban creatives aged 20–35, across all genders, who thrive in cultural crossovers between fashion, music, and art. They move through underground nightlife, digital spaces, and global cities, seeking pieces that express individuality and defiance. Rejecting the ordinary, they embrace experimentation, sustainability, and style as both armor and identity.
Main Concept:
Exploring the tension between vulnerability and resistance through prosthetic-inspired silhouettes, survivalist utility, and romantic defiance. The collection channels the industrial nocturnal energy of Berlin’s underground, with garments conceived as emotional armor that adapts, protects, and transforms.
Highlights & Key Looks:
- Silhouettes referencing prosthetics and anatomy, emphasizing both strength and fragility.
- Transformable pieces: backpacks converting into jackets, trousers unfolding into modular garments.
- Hybrid textures — leather, organic jersey, laser-etched surfaces, reptilian embossings — simulating organic mutations and identity in flux.
- High-contrast material play revealed under localized lighting, creating dramatic visual tension.

The collection will be unveiled through an immersive installation that redefines the runway into a living, performative landscape. Inspired by the COS SS25 presentation at the Dionyssos marble quarry, the environment will echo its monumental scale but subverted into a darker, more visceral world. The space will be sculpted in tones of deep black, creating a stark, industrial void where white, localized lighting isolates garments in sharp relief.
This lighting will function like a spotlight on emotional armor — highlighting intricate textures, anatomical details, and the tension between fragility and resilience embedded within each silhouette.
The ground itself will become part of the narrative: a surface covered in black or white sand to create a raw, unstable terrain that contrasts with the precision of the garments. This tactile element will emphasize the sense of flux, identity in motion, and the collision of organic with artificial.
Beyond walking a linear runway, models will engage with the space through performative gestures and organic movements. Instead of a rigid choreography, they will embody resistance and vulnerability in real time — bending, pausing, and interacting with the garments to reveal their multifunctionality and adaptability. Backpacks transforming into jackets, modular trousers unfolding, and layered textures mutating under the light will become moments of live storytelling, inviting the audience to witness transformation as an act of defiance.
The result is not only a presentation but an immersive experience where atmosphere, body, and garment collapse into one cohesive performance. Viewers are drawn into a space that feels both ritualistic and confrontational, a theatrical manifestation of TENWI’s philosophy: fashion as protection, rebellion, and identity in flux.
For TENWI, a range of 20–25 looks is both realistic and impactful. While larger houses may stage 30 or more, TENWI’s strength lies in transformation and performativity. Modular garments, convertible silhouettes, and layered styling allow each look to generate multiple visual moments on the runway. This approach ensures a full narrative arc without overextending resources. With 20–25 looks, the show maintains cohesion, highlights versatility, and delivers an immersive experience equal in power to larger productions.
Post-event, TENWI will amplify visibility through an immediate press release distributed to international fashion media, supported by high-resolution runway imagery and backstage content. Coverage will be secured via targeted outreach to editors, stylists, and influencers present at the show. On social media, the brand will roll out a series of posts: event highlights, transformation moments, and exclusive model POVs on Instagram and TikTok. This staged release will sustain momentum, reinforce brand positioning, and extend the impact of Berlin Fashion Week beyond the runway.
